Nice service - Edit

I use to order with them a year ago but I had to stop becuase of CS issues. I see they have been updating this area in their business and I put in a ticket (which was never offered or available before) - now im able to keep track of anything I may need to ask them about the food, delivery, issues. I am getting quick responses, and will be confident going forward to do orders with them again. nice job in the improvement in your service. now i feel comfortable to order with you again.

Extremely unresponsive company/ No customer svc - Edit

Gobble Green has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. First my delivery took an extremely long time. There was a month wait to even receive the shipment. Fine. They said I would receive it by April 9 when in fact I found out via the Fedex notice that it was to be SHIPPED by April 9th. Then somehow the shipment got stuck in transit and never was delivered.

When I emailed to follow up no one responded. Then I called again and left a lengthy message asking what happened to my shipment. Someone called me the next day (I just missed the call) and had the nerve to email me immediately after that call on April 25 and say:

"We have rescheduled your date to be shipped out for this Monday 4.30.2012
I did try to call you , but your voice mail box is full so i could not leave a message for u.
Sorry about the mix up, enjoy your food".

The email annoyed me because I didn't get an answer to what happened to my original shipment which was supposed to have arrived on April 9, it implied that they actually called me after my first email which they had not -- (they called me only right before they emailed me), and they were very nonchalant (look at their use of "u" and inadequate punctuation).

I immediately emailed them back asking them what happened (and really I should be compensated because I had planned my week on receiving that week's worth of food). No answer.

Emailed them again two days later. No answer.

Finally got a response, completely unresponsive to my valid questions as a customer who has been waiting for weeks to get her food (I ordered this back in early March):

"Hello,

I do apologize for this delay and lack of response. I do show you shipping out the week of 4-30-12. You will receive a confirmation from FedEX that Monday with your ETA. Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Thank you"

They basically ignored my question about what happened to my original shipment. From April 9th to April 30th -- that's almost a month delay! This is without considering the fact that there was already a month's wait from the time I ordered to the time I was suppose to have received the order.

So I wrote another email. No response.

And I wrote yet another email. No response and it's been 4 days.

I wrote on their FB page on a Friday evening at 8pm and they immediately erased my comment & blocked me from commenting again. Maybe they should get off of fb and start responding to clients. Very disapppointing.

fun in the sun 06 May 2012 - I have been ordering for for months now and have never had a problem .I do know the only ship on mondays and you cant blame them for your shipment getting lost in transit.Everybody makes mistakes I am sure if you are nice they will make it right.You get more bees with honey:)

this place is dank. they are easy and cheap too. i just went from being a carnivore to being straight up Vegghead after i saw a movie about how they make bacon. sickest thing ive ever seen! it was hard at first cuz i just started eating everything green. i got sick of that real quick like, then i found this place from my mom who found it on a coupon site. now i order it all the time. word up gobble green.

I just recently received my packages from Gobble Green and shocked to see all the negative reviews. I myself had an AMAZING experience with this company. Their customer service was exceptional with getting back to me on questions about redeeming my voucher and assisting me with my order. My goodness their food was wonderful as well. I never thought I would find a vegan company that delivered let alone one i LOVE!!

I have been ordering from gobble green for 6 months now ,the food is always consistent and actually getting better over time.I feel and look healthier.Its very easy I order on line they deliver weekly to my door.Its portable so its convenient to travel with me.My new favorite dessert which I have been sharing with non vegans is the chocolate chip cookie.Look out chips ahoy!Keep up the good work Gobble Green!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE!! - Edit

I found gobble green through a living social deal. i was skeptical because i had read a review like the other one on here. i found a totally different out come. maybe the other person fell through the cracks because i had great customer service, yes we had to wait 5 weeks to get our kit, but when your getting such a discount I WILL TAKE IT! after i got my fedex package i opened and put in the freezer right away! then just had to take out and heat for the rest of the week. gobble green has literally saved me being a vegan, It was getting so difficult and discouraging. But they have made it so easy that i have become a weekly client. I am now on one of there meal plans and couldnt be more happy. They call and check on me to see how i am doing and treat me as if they know me and i am not just a random customer! I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone! I think that the bad reviews can leave a bad taste in your mouth and make you not want to order from them. But i have a suggestion, make a small order for yourself(the kung pao, sesame tofu,muffins, and cookies are AMAZING) and try it out! Thanks gobblegreenn! i will spread the word of your great service!

I ordered one week of vegan food through an "eco" discount site. I had it especially mapped out so I would receive the food during a week I was going to be recovering from surgery and wouldn't be up for preparing my own food. But, instead of deciding to fulfill the few orders they received from that site, they put discount offers up on LivingSocial and Groupon RIGHT after they put a deal up on the "eco" site and soon forgot about me. It was FOUR MONTHS before I received my food. I contacted the company by email and by phone SEVERAL times to inquire about where my food was and they NEVER got back to me. I was so furious. I contacted the "eco" discount site to ask them what was wrong and the owner of the discount site had to contact the owners of GobbleGreen to gently but firmly rip them a new one. They called me the day after the "eco" discount site owner contacted them. They apologized, saying they didn't know how to contact me, which was TOTAL BS as I emailed them over FIVE times and left my mobile phone number and full name in the email every time, I also repeated my information TWICE on each voice mail I left them that ironically says they will return the call within 24-hours. So, they LIED and said they didn't have my information to contact me (hello, even if you magically didn't get my five voice-mails and five emails, you could have LOOKED AT MY ORDER FORM WITH MY CONTACT INFORMATION ON IT, INCLUDING MY ADDRESS). They only care about making money, not customer service. Also, the food is TERRIBLE. It's FULL of salt and black pepper that overpowers the food. It's like they dumped a concoction of random, cheap spices on rice to try to make it taste halfway decent. In no way is this even a healthy food delivery service, as some entrees came with 90% protein and 10% grains with no vegetables or fruits. WTF?! Why would I EVER pay money again for the food to NOT be sent to me when it was supposed to, for the owners to LIE to me, and for disgusting food that one could EASILY make at home with your most basic vegan cookbook - not that you'd want to. DO NOT order ANYTHING from this company, it's HORRIBLE.
