Great for the basics. - Edit
Always seem to have Notzarella, Cashew Cheese Spread & Nutritional Yeast in stock which is more convenient when at the Hyperdome than going to Flannerys.
Great range of Vegan ice creams and chocolates too, though very expensive.

I find this shop very expansive. Much prefer Flanderys for variety and price. Service not much better than flannerys.
Pros: convenient if you need other shops
Cons: unfriendly
