Very impressive vegan cake selection - Edit
Shop run by one lady who produces a great range of raw cakes and treats. There seems to be one daily lunch option (soup and a bowl, e.g.). Also has quite a range of warm drinks and mylks.
Pros: Great cake selection, Healthy
Cons: Don't sit next to dog bed if sensitive to smells

First of its kind in Innsbruck! - Edit
As a vegan it's unbeatable if you find a place that offers only vegan food - no fussing about ingredients, just choose and enjoy. It's great that Innsbruck now also has such a place.
I had the Buddha Bowl, which was a very tasty mix of sweet potatoes, pumpkin, fresh baby spinach, giant beans, quinoa, and baba ganoush. The owner even offered seconds, and I happily complied! She clearly knows how much vegans can eat.
Next time I'll try one of the many tasty looking sweet dishes on display.

Delightful~ - Edit
It was great to discover "Go Vegan" just a few blocks from where i was staying, and a pleasant surprise to find just the type of light, filling, healthy lunch i prefer to eat (a Buddha Bowl). I was fortunate to have arrived there in time to eat before their 2 PM closing.
For those into that sort of thing there were many tooth-tingling desserts on display. Many variations on the latte theme are offered also.
Nice place.
Pros: pure vegan, good vibe, attentive host
Cons: limited seating, times, and menu, liberal use of agave sweetener
