Not 100% sure that vegan-labeled products are vegan; tofu seemed odd and not that tasty - Edit

Strange service, communications, doesn't seem entirely sanitary or ethical (not to my standards).

I saw an ad on GGA insta that they made vegan cheese. I bought the cheese house-made tofu, which both came in bags without any information.

At home I unpacked. The cheese was firm, looked like a cut piece from a large block of ordinary cow's cheese from supermarkets. On the sides there was fine mesh, that cow's cheeses had. I tasted… no different from cow's milk cheese. Taste, smell like non-vegan. I melted it, it melted and stretched just like cow cheese, with long thin fibers more than 20 cm long. The creamy smell intensified, as it happened with non-vegan cheeses. Maybe it is vegan cheese, maybe it is cow's cheese. I don't trust it, so I would not buy it again or recommend it. As there are no nutritional facts on the plastic, I cannot tell. My husband is allergic to dairy and I do not want to risk it.

The tofu itself was bitter tasting and I couldn't eat it. I wrote to the store/owner and was recommended to wash the tofu before using. That seemed weird to me, so I decided I would not eat it.

I asked for nutritional facts and ingredient composition of both the tofu and the cheese, but was only given nutritional information for brownies, despite asking several times.

I wouldn't get vegan products from this store again, as the ingredients and composition are not clear to me and the quality is not up to my taste.

Armenian products - Edit

Nice little shop, where one can fund looots of local herbs, organic soap/shampoo/etc, plus some soy products.
Also there's a fridge with local milk products.

Pros: Many vegan and organic products, Organic cosmetics, Local herbs
