Delicious waffles - Edit
This café has really good vegan waffles with skagen. We went there two days in a row. Also vegan high quality ice creams and sorbets on the menu. Well worth a visit.

Nice waffle in a vegan-wise quiet area - Edit
I was happy to see that this little town in the Swedish mountains have a place where they have a vegan waffle dish on the menu. The waffle is served with some greens and tofu Skagen (a vegan version of the creamy seafood salad). You can probably also have a waffle with ice cream and jam if you ask but I didn't see it on the menu.
