Better option in airport - Edit
Nothing was clearly labelled vegan and it was very hard to find any other options but we did find a place, Jeong Table with dishes marked vegan (curry rice & sweet potato porridge) down by gate 35 next to the Starbucks, was really yummy!

Delicious vegan options by request - Edit
Greta option inside Gimpo airport. We ordered vegetable Gimbap (owner was kinda surprised but was able to understand words no fish, egg or meat) and Tteok-bokki without fish cake.

i’d be careful because spicy rice cakes usually use anchovy in the broth and even if you order without fish cake they may just pick it out? unless they are preparing each serving individually
