A dedicated gluten free, dairy free bakery, founded in 2007, with soy free and vegan offerings, in the Squirrel Hill neighborhood of Pittsburgh. All items are made from scratch in-house, by hand, daily. Take-out available. Open Tue-Wed 9:00am-6:00pm, Thu 9:00am-7:00pm, Fri-Sat 9:00am-6:00pm, Sun 10:00am-4:00pm.

Nice to have vegan options - Edit
Vegan treats here are nice, but the focus is on gluten free, so only a few items available on some visits. The selection can be a little disappointing, because some delicious items contain eggs... But there are a few savory options as well as sweet, like the vegan friendly pizza rolls. Other highlights include pb&j sandwich cookies and vegan doughnuts.

If you are vegan and gluten free and never thought you'd eat a rich peanut butter cookie with buttercream-like frosting or a pizza pocket with a melty cheesy filling, think again. This is the place to find that comforting food you've been missing. The omni's in the family even loved it. Delicious! Thank you, Gluuteny Bakery!
