This small batch, handcrafted, artisanal, vegan cheese stands up against some of the best I've tried world wide. The spicy piri piri is my favourite. It is firm with a deep flavour. I love it on fresh bread. Cheeze is available by special order or via partner vendors in Banff and Calgary.
