Small dishes

Today was my first visit, and my first impression is quite mixed.
On the one hand the place is really nice and cosy, the staff is nice, and they encourage people to socialise. If it's your first time, the staff tells you about the concept, and especially if you come alone, they encourage you to sit among other people. And especially the last is really nice, because people in Copenhagen tend to socialise in usual groups, and it can be hard for new people in Copenhagen to get new friends among locals. But Globalhagen Kitchen offers that environment for meeting new people.

On the other hand, I'm bit disappointed with the food. For 85 DKK I had a really small dish (but I got plenty of butter for the bread, that's for sure). See picture. And half of the dish was onion. I like onion, but 50 % of my dish is too much.
So compared with the dishes size, it's too expensive IMO. I think they should be larger.
I will give Globalhagen Kitchen another shot, since I might had hit an unlucky day regarding the food. But my first impression is with some disappointment, unfortunately.

Another, but minor downside, is that it can be a bit difficult to find, since you have to go to a backyard. But there are signs you can look for, to find the place.

Pros: Encourage people to socialise, Nice staff

Cons: Small portions, A bit difficult to find

Delicious vegetarian/vegan food

I had a lunch at Globalhagen kitchen for amazing 85kr ''all you can eat''. But they also have dinner couple times a week.
Their food is vegetarian but they always offer vegan option as well.
The atmosphere is very cozy, great for socialising. It is more like family style place, as they put the food in the middle of the table and you take how much you want.
