Amazing! - Edit
We love Global Cafe! They are always so welcoming and willing to accommodate my dietary restrictions (vegetarian with a tomato allergy). The menu has lots of vegetarian and vegan choices. We love the Black Bean Burritos, Black Bean Tacos, Plantains, Elote and Hibiscus Tea. Their Elote is especially phenomenal! It's the best we've ever had. Then there's the Margaritas. Juan makes the best Margaritas at a very reasonable rate, but please be warned, they are STRONG. The food is always fresh and delicious. They are very aware of the ingredients in their food and are always happy to help us navigate to veggie and allergy friendly options, even offering additional accommodations when needed. We have never had a bad meal there. I love that the management truly loves and supports the community too.

Couple of Vegan Options Fast - Edit
Seems like they have a rotating menu so hard to say what all the vegan options are but when I was there they had a black beans and rice dish and sombusas that were vegan. The food is seemingly all premade so my food wasn’t hot hot. They do have good drink options - non alcoholic and alcoholic.
