So delicious

Glean makes the best flødeboller in town. Many different flavors, better than the traditionel non vegan flødebolle. If you are vegan and in Copenhagen you must make a stop at Glean.

Amazing desserts!

I'm huge fan of sweet stuff like chocolate, candy, sweets, desserts, confectionery, cakes and such. It's therefore a huge pleasure for me, when Anja (the owner) starts to make vegan versions of Danish confectionery like "Flødeboller" about 1½ year ago. Back then you have to pre-order the "Flødeboller", and collect them in a small kitchen, where Anja made them.
Gleans products are based on aquafaba (water from chickpeas), and replaces egg white. The texture is more "soft" than the "original" versions, but Gleans desserts are definitely good, and they also offers new variants and tastes of "Flødeboller".
Now Glean have their own shop, and you can now buy the delicious "Flødeboller" without preordering them first. And I will highly recommend you to visit Glean and buy some of their "Flødeboller", "P-tærter" and other sweets and confectionery. But I warn you, you will be addicted ;)

Pros: Vegan confectionery, Very delicious
