Amazing Restaurant - Edit
I love love love Glassroots! When I originally heard that VegOut was closing, but would reopen as a different vegan restaurant I had no idea it would be the staple restaurant that it is!!
Glassroots is the first place I recommend to anyone looking for a great dinner spot (veg-friendly or carnivore). Everyone that I've recommended Glassroots to has come back with the same feedback - AMAZING!
I am always satisfied with everything on the menu (and am in love with the calamari), and seeing the weekly menu's on facebook always makes my mouth water!
Keep up the great work Yoda and Mike! Stay Glassy!! :)

Grate for everybody! - Edit
Glass Roots Has a amazing, contently changing, fully vegan menu that is fit for everyone, No one will leave hungry and even the biggest carnivore will leave fully satisfied and possibly in disbelief that what thay ate was vegan. They serve the beast vegan cheese in town, it will make you fall in love with cheese all over again, and with a amazing assortment of vegan wins to pair with what ever you choose to indulge in. Grate atmosphere for dates, calibrations, or just winding down at the end of the day. It might be pricey but you get what you pay for!
Pros: vegan cheese and wine, meat eaters will love it too , 100% vegan
Cons: Price but worth it , limited seeting, Parking might be a issue

Best Dessert Ever! - Edit
Never mind the great meal. The desserts that I had spoiled me for all other desserts and all entrees. And, with their ever-changing menu, I may never have them again. But, I suspect that all of their other creations will be great as well.

I tried the mystery 3-course tasting menu. Absolutely awesome.
Pros: Friendly staff, Flavourful and creative dishes
