great food - Edit

We ordered the mushroom flatbread, the taco, kale salad and gazpacho soup. Everything came out to be 40 usd with the tip. Food was amazing, my favorite was the taco even though was only 1 and my friend'a favorite was the flatbread. I feel it's a little overpriced since you have to go get up to order your own food and get your own utensils and water ... but it's all worth it!! I will definitely come back.

Glamorous Approachable Innovative Delicious - Edit

I’ve been to GLAM several times since they opened and have only good things to report. Starting with the decor, it’s chic, inviting, tailored and comfortable. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and easy on the eyes TBH. The owner is there day and night making sure everyone is enjoying. I’m impressed that she remembered me and what I ate the last time on my second visit! The food, OMG the food. I am not a long time vegan, and have found it challenging to find food as comforting and satisfying as back in my meat eating days. GLAM fits the bill 100%. There’s a little bit of something for everyone on this menu, from super clean and raw to rich, indulgent and satisfying. I’m hooked. Love love love!

Pros: 100% vegan, Insane flavor

Cons: the don’t have one in Ft Lauderdale yet

Dissapointed - Edit

I really wanted to like this place. The food was bland, overpriced, and the decor was very weird. I also did not like the way the owner treated me, she was rude. Also did not like how long it took for the food to come out. I would love to love this new vegan find, but it's not worth it to come back again.

Pros: None

Cons: None

Flavors for every palate - Edit

Modern decor, phenomenal service, and fantastic food and reasonable prices! Green Living Animals Matter (GLAM) offers unique recipes (coconut parsnip soup!! So good!!!), local brews, and the sweetest servers.
Thank you, thank you, thank you, GLAM, from the bottom of my heart, for being a place where I don't have to explain my dietary choices, where dogs are welcomed inside with their owners, where local beers are explained to non-locals, where customers are given a free sample of the soup of the day. I'll never forget this meal (Chana Masala & coconut-parsnip bisque) or experience!

Pros: Totally vegan. The few options that contain gluten

bland food and service. - Edit

As you pay first and leave a tip there's little incentive for the staff to do anything over the bare minimum. Any vegan with half decent cooking skills could pull this stuff off. Unless they step up their game your better off going elsewhere. Invest in seasoning. I mean seriously Glam, you're supposed to be representing vegan food, quit screwing around. There's potential but EVERYONE (except the one guy... waiter or busboy with the mustache, promote him) needs to step up their game. Go to plant food and wine instead of full bloom if you want Italian.

Pros: the one guy on staff tonight was cool AF 9/2/17. p

Cons: the Chana masala blows.

Absolutely delicious and great service!! - Edit

We were here a week ago and we are going back tonight! I had the cashew cream risotto which was AMAZING and my husband had the masala chickpeas with quinoa, which he liked very much too. For dessert the avocado and chocolate mouse was mmmhhhh!! And my husband had (I don't remember the name) a green and yellow mouse that was even better!! Very creative chef... congrats!!
We are very happy to now have this amazing 100% vegan option with food that's other than smoothies, tacos and tofu wraps...
The owner is super sweet and the staff is very friendly! A MUST everyone needs to try!

delicious! - Edit

Fast service but food that didn't taste "fast". I got the Farro Risotto and it tasted just like non-vegan risotto (unless my tastes have changed that much since going vegan 😊). The atmosphere is nice and very relaxing and modern. Just visiting Miami but hoping to come back here next time I'm in town.

Pros: atmosphere, food, service
