Perfect after a day on the mountain - Edit
I wanted a salad and knew I could get something, even if just lettuce and a few veggies. But the Mazama salad was classified vegan and had greens, quinoa, grilled veggies, walnuts, sunflower seeds and onions. The apple Dijon vinaigrette paired with it so well!! Definitely recommend if you're in the area

Great options in a small town! - Edit
Glacier public house has very friendly staff and several vegan options. Government camp doesn't seem to have too many vegan options, so it was great to have vegan cheese on pizzas or vegan quinoa salad. The atmosphere is fun too!
