Serves meat, vegan options available. Reported has a vegetarian/vegan menu but you have to ask for it. Vegans could have a chop house salad, 2 entree salads (with 3 vegan salad dressing choices), blackened tofu, a pizza, plus some sides.

Pizza crust not vegan - Edit
I had the vegan pasta and it was pretty good. I had wanted pizza but the waitress said the crust isn’t vegan, so even though the mozzarella pizza is listed as having a vegan option she said the crust isn’t. I’m not sure what they’re thinking in describing it as having a vegan option and my low rating is for the deceptive label.

Not many options but good - Edit
Only 2 options I saw, pizza with daiya…and a veggie pasta. I went with the pasta and it was really good. I was bummed with such few choices though.

Not Vegan Friendly - Edit
If you’re 100% vegan you won’t be able to eat here unless you want a salad and a nice drink. Before even seeing that the pizza sauce has butter in it I tried ordering the pizza with vegan cheese and they said they had been out for weeks.

Limited options but good food - Edit
There are currently shortages in many restaurants in Alaska, so vegan cheese was not available. I was going to order a vegan pizza but since there was no vegan cheese I asked for vegan pasta with marinara sauce and vegetables. They made me some custom made pasta. It was very nice of them! The atmosphere was also very cozy. Nice furniture and a fire place in the center of the restaurant.
Read moreOverall, I appreciate that this restaurant makes special orders for vegans, but it doesn’t offer that many vegan options on its general menu, so it’s not the top place for vegans to eat.
Pros: Willing to customize / make custom orders , Wonderful atmosphere
Cons: Not many vegan options

Vegan pizza!! - Edit
Their vegan options are slim- but they have a great vegan pizza called the “wild mushroom and truffled arugula. You just have to ask for the vegan version. Make sure the crust is the gluten free version- the original crust is not vegan. Also the caramelized onions are cooked in oil! 😊

The pizza sauce has butter in it. - Edit
Out of vegan cheese when I went but who cares since pizza sauce isn’t vegan. Do not go here if you’re vegan.

Friendly - Edit
Came here for a work event for the first time as a vegan and was nervous about going hungry, luckily they do have vegan cheese for their pizza. Aside from that and a salad or fries pretty much everything that could be vegetarian is covered in cheese (making it a good option for vegetarians or pescatarians). Giving it 2 stars instead of 1 because the staff are friendly and it has a good atmosphere. Would not recommend to a vegan but if you find yourself with a group that wants to go you won’t starve.

gluten free and vegetarian options - Edit
We had an overnight in Anchorage before flying home after a two-week trip in Alaska. I had a pretty bad reaction to gluten and dairy and we'd had a bad experience a few days earlier so I was super nervous about going anywhere for dinner, especially given that we had an early flight the next morning...
Read moreI have to give huge props to Glacier Brewhouse for being one of the few places we'd seen in AK to specifically call out gluten-free menu items. Our server was also outstanding about making sure that my meal was prepared without butter, milk, or any of the dairy items that trigger my stomach.
All in all, we enjoyed a nice meal to celebrate the end of a great trip and we appreciated that Glacier went out of their way to accommodate my dietary needs.
Pros: family friendly, gluten free options , vegetarian options
Cons: none
