Food was incredible. A unique culinary experience. Staff super friendly.

I’ve eaten here twice now. Both times the food was amazing and the service was great despite being very busy. All
of the staff are so super friendly. Hats off to Chef Q and everyone at #givesafork!

Even meat eaters love it!

Went to L'établi with a friend of mine for a brunch, ordered few dishes to share between us so my friend can explore vegan food and I don't have to ask if everything actually is vegan friendly for a change. Both of us were very satisfied - nice portions, creative and very delicious! Highly recommend!

The food is delicious, and the staff is super nice.

The reception and waiters are so kind—they happily explain ingredients, source of food origin, etc. The menu has many options.

Pros: Everything is vegan

Exceptionnel !

Cadre chouette mais surtout brunch excellent ! Nous avons adoré tout ce que nous avons goûté. Plats goûteux, copieux, originaux, super bien présentés !
