Affordable and delicious - Edit
Most meals are under 25CHF and they keep you full. I'd recommend the waffles with mushrooms or the naan trio. Everything is made from scratch, even their bread!

The layout & atmosphere is creative, however sadly the meals are far from good. Their "signature" mushroom (korean vegan did it a while ago) is mediocre and they are quite stingy with the amount of mushroom (and try to compensate with sugar). Meaning you're paying 20 chf for a naan/waffle with some salad and two fried mushrooms. We left feeling ill because of the amount of sugar in each dish. Nice concept, but food ain't good.

It’s clear that the very kind owner gives a fork! At his restaurant, everything is handmade, hand cut and made with love - which is very obvious! Had the Shroom Burger and the Spicy taco, homemade bun and mushroom patty. The taco was quite spicy, be aware, however I’m a puss when it comes to spices. The interior is incredibly well done, and I can’t find one thing off about this place. MERCI

Food was really tasty, everything was good from the wrap to the fries, special mention to the cinnamon roll. The place is quite small with every customer sitting around a large table but it makes the place warm. Definitely recommend !

The first visit with my young daughters was great, they had chocolate and also blueberry waffles with whip cream and fruit, they were picture perfect. I had crispy oyster mushroom starter and a naan wrap and both were suberb. Honestly I don't like mushrooms this changed my mind. It's It's listed as a pop up,its NOT a pop up, it used to be apparently, This is a small by reservation restaurant food made to order right in front of you! We will be going more often. Four Stars

Nicely furnished vegan pop-up restaurant offering burgers, naans, salads and various plates. I was in a hurry so I only tried their Hazey Naan 18.- (Signature Mushrooms, Sweet Soy, Crunchy, Peanut Satay Sauce, Crispy Rice Noodles, Wombak Slaw, Coriander) and Blueberry Cinnamon Roll 6.-. They were both savoury. Definitely coming back with a date.

The layout of the restaurant is interesting and certainly original but can be not to everyone's taste.
Read moreEverything is vegan which is amazing and the food was pretty good. Service was decent too although they forgot to bring us drinks so I had to remind them. Prices were in line with other vegan restaurants in Geneva.
Personally, one big downside was the lack of ketchup. French fries is one their main and most popular items and not having ketchup is really a disappointment.
Overall, positive experience and would definitely go back.

Within 3 visits (fancy brunch, brunch and lunch) it became my favorite vegan restaurant in the city. Special food that clearly was made with attention to details, great reception and reasonable prices! 10/10

Went to L'établi with a friend of mine for a brunch, ordered few dishes to share between us so my friend can explore vegan food and I don't have to ask if everything actually is vegan friendly for a change. Both of us were very satisfied - nice portions, creative and very delicious! Highly recommend!
