Chef that knows how to cook vegan

We travelled here on our vacation in Gaspésie and were almost famished because there were near to no options on our trip for vegans. There was a burger on the menu and raviolis but the chef offered to make us 2 other options Asian tofu and beluga garlic lentils. The quality of the food was to excellent. The fact also that we were not looked at as if we were aliens also helped!

Pros: Full vegan table d’hôte , More than 1 choice on the menu, Actual protein
