Quaint coffee shop, which serves soup, beer bread, and salads. While not on the menu, can provide a vegan soup on request and some of the beer bread is also vegan. Sometimes also has vegan desserts. Open Mon-Thu 11:00am-5:00pm, Fri 11:00am-7:00pm, Sat-Sun 11:00am-5:00pm, Sat 7:00pm-11:00pm.

Soup +salad+coffee

Tasty Soup with or without fish with lots of turmeric plus beer bread and complimentary coffee is what’s for lunch. There are good looking desserts, but none of them vegan.

Very cool, rustic building.

Pros: Ambiance, Good soup, Everything has turmeric

Cons: No vegan desserts

Cute café with vegan soup menu available

It's a really cute spot with a nice atmosphere, and you can ask for vegan soup, which comes with amazing beer bread, some dressings, and salad. Check that the salad is vegan though - I saw some feta in there! Soup menu also includes a refill. You can also get plant milk for your coffee and such. Sadly no vegan desserts when I've been.

Pros: Really good bread, Nice atmosphere

Cons: Limited options, especially for desserts

Delicious hot soup, beer bread, and coffee after a frigid whale-watching tour

Quaint, quirky soup restaurant and coffee house. They are known for their fish soup, but they always have a vegan soup in the back. Set menu includes soup, beer bread (today's flavors were caraway, chili, and fruit), salad (dressing on the side--oil and vinegar available), and coffee. Everything except the soup is self-serve. They definitely understand what vegan means here. None of the desserts were vegan today, but they said they do sometimes have some. They also have gluten-free options. They gave us coconut cream for our coffee. Tons of seating upstairs and downstairs with excellent views. Also has a historic movie theater and a carbon arc movie projector on display and other assorted Icelandic artifacts.

Pros: Hot vegan soup after frigid whale-watching tour , Salad was very fresh and crisp, Beer bread was vegan

Cons: Serves fish, No vegan dessert options today
