Vegan restaurant with a daily changing menu, with at least 2 cereals which you can match with 3 different vegetables, so you combine your own meal. Has tofu, seitan, and other meals. Reportedly all vegan, although their organic market next door sells some products with dairy and eggs. Open Mon-Sat 9:30am-7:30pm.

veg-friendly minimarket with vegan precooked food - Edit
Interesting and "helpful" place, since it's located in the heart of the town, they have a very nice minimarket (almost vegan, they're actually veg-friendly) of organic products.
The place is not really a restaurant since they don't cook there; they serve ready-made cereals and veggies and you can mix it, for instance to obtain a cous-cous with vegetables, in my opinion at higher prices than what should be due.
Some evenings they also host meetings and conferences.
Pros: location, all organic
Cons: prices, plain (maybe too) simple food
