Girls and Boys

We enjoyed a big kid choc top with nuts and the raspberry choc soft serve, which is very much like a sundae in size, topped with delicious vegan meringue wafers, raspberries and chocolate; enough for two people easily. At $12, it's also excellent value. Would like to see the Gelato range expand but very impressed nevertheless.

We came here for the soft serve and shared a plate of the choc raspberry soft serve which was delicious. It was an entire ice cream in a cone (full of ice cream) with some more ice cream covered with raspberries and chocolate. We both really enjoyed it. They had some cakes and croissants too. We will go back to try smoothies and gelato too.

We walked past this place a few times without going in as it didn't always look overly inviting or open from the outside - wish we had gone in sooner as the cakes we tried were delicious!

The caramisu was absolutely perfect; soft and creamy with a coffee-soaked biscuit base and a juicy cherry core; one of the best vegan desserts I have eaten in my 8+ years vegan.

The maca fudge bar was coated in too dark a chocolate to pick out any other flavours, but was reasonably priced for a small treat.

Unfortunately we didn't get a chance to sample any gelato :(

We came here to try the vegan gelato in a cone. At $6.50 for two scoops (with a range of three flavours) it's pretty reasonable. The salted caramel was delicious and rich, surprisingly not too heavy. The blood orange was intense, the slight bitterness a bit of a shock after the caramel. Nice and cool inside the shop on a really hot day with a fair bit of seating. I was watching jealously as other customers ordered the choc top, so went back the next day to have one. I found it delicious, but my companion didn't like the coconut flavour of the soft serve. Nice not to have to think about what's vegan and what's not.
