Girassol

My favourite vegetarian restaurant in Brasilia, Girassol serves vegetarian lunch composed mainly of salad, hot dishes, seasonings, delicious raw preparations and organic/bio ingredientes. It also serves sandwiches, juice, desserts, raw "milk"shakes and has a nice grocery store. It also serves hot green tea for free.

I definately recommend.

O enfoque em comida viva faz esse restaurante mais saudável que a média. O preço deriva do recurso laboral exigido para desenvolver os pratos, que apresentam bastante criatividade no uso de insumos locais e estrangeiros. A loja disponibiliza produtos de difícil acesso, como agar-agar, achocolatado de abóbora, e óleo de chia resfriado.

Along with Naturetto, this is my favorite place in town to eat "real food".

They have a great variety of food: fresh vegetables, some raw options (raw lasagna, for example), hot dishes, etc. Everything looks simple, but they are very well seasoned and well prepared.
Make sure you also order the mulberry shake made with cashew milk.

A little pricy, but not very different from the other restaurants in town.

Sincerely, the soup I tried was far from something tasty. Seems like they're those "suffering vegans", who thinks that to be vegan must not have any pleasure while eating. Overpriced.
