Velvety Vanilla - Edit
As with all vegans (I’m sure), I always approach an ice cream stand in hope rather than expectation, so I was overjoyed to see so many clearly marked options available here. What’s more, it wasn’t just the run-of -the-mill tokenistic flavours that we are usually stuck with, there was real choice. I did sample the mango passion fruit and the physalis pomegranate out of sheer interest, but I always knew I was going to get the vanilla. And what a vanilla it was. Rich, creamy, decadent and packed with flavour; at times it almost had a marzipan type quality to it.
Read moreI know for a fact that I am going to find it very hard to resist getting at least a small tub from here whenever I pass, even if it is a little pricey.
