Only one vegan item on the entire menu. - Edit
The restaurant has a new name, Provisori, and a new menu which is nothing like the old Giordi. The mushroom soup is the only vegan option listed on the menu. But just one vegan appetizer isn’t enough to tag this as a vegan-friendly restaurant.

The restaurant was recently remodeled and renamed. It is now called Provisori (Hotel Saratz). However, it is no longer purely vegetarian and there are virtually no vegan options any more

I had Hummus as starter, and Polenta with "Geschnetzeltes", which was best tasting I had so far. Dessert sorbet was also very good.

Wir waren Hotelgäste und haben jeden Abend extra ein veganes Menü erhalten. Abwechslungsreich und originelle Menüs. Auf der normalen Karte hat es auch vegane, glutenfreie, vergetarische, laktosefreie und regionale Optionen.
