Clear vegan, nice staff, food mid - Edit
Staff very nice and clear about what is vegan. But the broth in ramen had very little flavor and was not good.

hats off to the sushi rollers and the decorators - Edit
this is hands down some of the best veg sushi i've ever had. it is a bit pricey, but for super nice sushi, i feel like it's kind of a moderately reasonable price. there are so many veg roll options, including a veg tempura, which i haven't seen elsewhere! and they are plated so beautifully, with flowers and cut fruit and it just looks really pretty. the ramen (without egg) was so yummy and filling too! and of course, seaweed salad!!
