Very nice

Super menu for vegetarians & vegans. Ginger Garden is in the Nuevo Vallarta area, north of Puerto Vallarta. If you are at the Grand Mayan properties or Paradise Village, this is a short cab ride (or walkable, though the sidewalks are not very smooth). One of few places in the area where tofu is on the menu. Fresh food, good salads, drinks. I have gone every year during my annual family stay at the Mayan. Our omnivore in-laws have been happy with the menu. Overall it's a pan-Asian menu, with some local/regional flair. Patio dining or indoors. Nice decor.

Pros: Tofu, Vegetables, Your omnivore friends will be satisfied

Cons: Service not very fast, Limited vegan deserts
