The vegan Banh mi and vegan Pho are both great! Be sure you tell them you want it vegan, otherwise they'll make it vegetarian

Best vegan banh mi everrrrr - Edit
I work in the area and I go to ginger deli every time I decide to have a little splurge and buy food downtown. I’m eating a vegan banh mi as I’m writing this lol. I remember complaining to my boss the first time I got it because I thought they gave me the wrong sandwich, it was so good I couldn’t believe it was a vegan option!! The tofu is really good imitation pork, and it’s pretty affordable relative to most food around here.

Only a few vegan options that are skimpy portions or mostly bread. Best things about this place are the returnable take-out containers they offer, which is a huge bonus for the city of A2, and very friendly staff.

The vegan banh mi here is so good! Hot take: If I have a choice between Jerusalem garden falafel sandwich and ginger deli’s banh mi, I usually go here. Nice blend of textures and the daikon/carrot pickles are great. Just wish they had veganaise...
