This bakery is a godsend. Wonderful food, friendly service. The poptarts are to die for (same with cinnamon roll— esp heated up). So happy this bakery is in the neighborhood!

My office ordered cupcakes and pop tarts from Ginger bread man bakery and they did not disappointed!! Full of flavor and all vegan. Highly recommend

Excellent New Option in Town - Edit
It is great to have a new option for vegan desserts in Winston Salem. The muffins, cupcakes and cookies are all excellent - proof that eggs and dairy are not essential.

We are not usually cupcake people, but we heard about this place and wanted to try it out. We had a carrot cake cupcake and a chai cupcake, and both were so delicious. They also have cookies, which we haven’t tried. They don’t sell coffee, but there is a really good coffee shop right next door if you’re like us and enjoy coffee with your baked goods. The owners were running the shop when we visited; 2 brothers who were very friendly.

Amazing baked goods! - Edit
I’ve had their cupcakes, cookies, and muffins, ice cream, and love them all. My favorite is probably the gingerbread cookies, but I even love the cupcakes (and I’m not usually a big fan of cupcakes). My non-vegan friends love it too!

Everything we had was amazing - Edit
Tons to choose from, even had vegan rice Krispy treats ( confirmed made with vegan marshmallows) . They do not label anything vegan, I’m assuming a marketing tactic but both visits I confirmed that everything is vegan minus the baklava cupcake, which used honey.
