Very good food, drinks and smoothies.

The location is easy to get to. The few vegan options are very good. The staff are really nice.

Unexpected Gem in small-town Arizona!

I looked at happy cow in advance of a work trip to Safford and packed my own food, expecting I may not find more than a garden salad there. I was pleasantly surprised to eat an absolutely delicious vegan panini that was more than grilled veggies! It even had vegan cream cheese. Everyone in our group enjoyed their meals, vegans and non-vegans included.

Pros: Ambiance and attached gift shop, Dedicated vegan option- no modification needed, Coffees with coconut, oat, or almond milk
