Cooking class was fun, but missed some cultural components - Edit
The cooking class was great because they accommodate for vegans, but the class felt rushed and it would had been nice they explained why the dishes are typical from Indonesia etc

Fue muy interesante aprender a cocinar tempe con salsa, curry de tofu, kelanpan y arroz frito. Avisamos de que éramos veganos y en el momento no se acordaron, pero por suerte pudieron acomodarlo todo enseguida. Hay otro local cerca que también realiza estas clases más barato.

Cooking class with vegan options for me - Edit
We made a cooking class there and it was great! As I was the only vegan, they made options for me for the dishes that are usually not vegan (most were vegan anyways). So I could cook everything. When registering, you can already choose „vegan“
