Still Gigglings, Quids In..! - Edit
Having had such an exceptional experience at the Henley restaurant, we bravely hoped our local Giggling Squid would be similar. We were not disappointed and ate the vegan tapas choice. Again. Oh yes! The food presentation is really lovely and is beaten only by the delicious tastes that these dishes create. I was also delighted to be reminded that the first branch of this seriously successful chain was actually born along the road in Brighton. There is plenty of seating with the bonus of a couple of small tables outside on the pavement. The ground floor windows also fold open which creates more air and space for inside diners. You can order takeaway from their vegan menu and even arrange for a picnic hamper, which is rather fabulous as the seafront is just a few minutes’ walk away. The serving staff happily guide you with any food choices and recommendations whilst being attentive and efficient. This restaurant chain is proving to be so vegan friendly and quality dependable to the point that a staycation road trip of their many restaurants would not be a hardship. Did I actually write that? Yes!
