Delicious & healthy food - Edit
On the menu you can see clearly which dishes are vegan or can be made vegan. A lot to choose from! From pancakes to bowls, and from gnocchi to black rice. All dishes sound great! I tried the vegan version of the vegig 'egg'. Portion size was good, it came with a lot of tofu, chickpeas and vegetables. Also tried the sweet potato gnocchi, which came with a lot of roasted vegetables and vegan cheese. Recommend both dishes! The cappuccino is not great unfortunately but they have a lot of other drinks to choose from. Açaí smoothie is very good. Staff is very friendly.

Fresh and tasty, loads of vegan options - Edit
Had lunch here twice so far. I've tried the vegan version of the burrito which was super tasty and filling and the happy bowl which was delicious and nutritious. I added smoked tofu to the happy bowl which was a bit overpriced, 2.80 euros extra for 3 strips of smoked tofu.
Read moreNote that the coffee here just isn't worth it (in my opinion). I had the energy boost drink with tonic water and cucumber which was surprisingly refreshing and delicious, would highly recommend. The iced tea with basil is also solid.
The menu is quite extensive and the vast majority of dished are vegan or can be made vegan. The staff is always very friendly, relaxed and helpful. Overall just a very good spot in Ericeira.

Nice place, lots of options. I had the sauté tofu and i had never had such perfectly cooked broccoli. The chocolate mousse desert was also very tasty but I'd recommend sharing it as it can be a bit too sweet

Na ericeira não há nenhum lugar só vegan e há muitas opções nos restaurantes, mas não são nada de especial ou são más. Aqui sei que fico sempre muito satisfeita. O serviço é bom, há imensos pratos veganos e dá quase para converter todos os pratos em pratos vegan. Os sumos são TOP e o que mais gosto de comer são os burritos e as panquecas.

Le opzione vegane e gf di questo posticino sono deliziose. Ho amato tutto, dalla zuppa di cavolfiore e ceci croccanti, alla bowl di verdure ed hummus, delizioso il tofu strapazzato, così anche la crepioca. Assolutamente consigliato! Posto favoloso e personale super gentile e cortese.

The GiG is a shop that we visit several times every time we are in town. The shop is nice and the staff super nice and polite. The food is delicious and we are already looking forward to the next visit. Lots of vegan options.

After several days of a very vegan-unfriendly hotel buffet, I was thrilled to find some good vegan choices at GiG. The Sauté Tofu bowl was delicious! Good flavours, generous amount of tofu strips, mashed avocado, nori sprinkles, etc. A can of Whole Earth ginger beverage was served with a glass containing a finger of fresh ginger - a nice touch.

Busy cafe with plenty of clearly marked vegan/veggie options. We didn't love the happy bowl but really enjoyed the sauteed tofu and our acai and refresher smoothies. Nice staff, outdoor and indoor seating, and average prices.

Although not fully vegan, GiG has a bunch of different options for plant based eaters (and also for gluten free ppl). And we surely don't miss out! They have banging pancakes, fully vegan brunch, delicious desserts, rich main dishes, colourful and fulfilling salads. It's actually hard to choose :))

It's not the cheapest place, but it's definitely worth every penny! We shared the set menu with sweet potato bruscetta and gnocchi and the brunch for one. Everything tasted super fresh and the gnocchi especially was really good. Also their drinks are superb!

We had a lovely brunch sat out on the terrace. I had a vegan brunch, which was large, and very filling. I chose it because of the range of various tasty items, and it was great. The staff were wonderful and friendly too.
