Yum

The waitress was very knowledgeable regarding vegan options. She even double checked with the kitchen to confirm vegan options. They had no vegan pho broth today, but I got number 52 with tofu and it was really good (salad, tofu, rice). There was also a vegan noodle dish, vegan fried rice, or vegan tofu salad available. The waitress confirmed they put egg in their banh mi rolls so that was not an option. My husband eats meat and said it was some of the best pho he’s had, so I wish they had their veggie option today. Waitress was very helpful and kind. My son ate his weight in French fries. I would go back!

Really good noodles

I told the waitress I was vegan and she was very helpful in pointing out what I could (and couldn’t) order. She did say they were out of veggie broth so pho was out of the question. However, I ordered the tofu noodles and they were excellent.

Amazing service & fresh food

Gia Dihn has participated in the vegan chef challenge in anchorage two years in a row. Each year they have added 3-4 new vegan dishes to their menu. The vegan pho is amazing, the mother of the family that runs the shop is very proud of it (as she should be). The father of the family makes fresh bahn mi rolls every day. Ive had a vegan bahn mi made with tofu and with mushrooms and they are both delicious. The snow puffs are the crispiest little tofu bites ive ever had. The vegan pho-ritto is so delicious. Anything on their menu can be made vegan if you ask, they are very knowledgeable.

Pros: Easy accommodation , Fresh, Flavorful

Cons: Vegan dishes on separate menu
