Ghurka Cafe, Edinburgh - Edit
I have no idea why this restaurant is listed on happycow. The menu is massively geared towards eating an assortment of dead animals under headings based on the dead animal in question (lamb, chicken etc etc). In contrast there is one solitary section headed 'vegetables'.
There's far better eateries in Edinburgh aimed at vegos.

Cozy place with veg options on the menu - Edit
The restaurant has a good location and the place is cozy. I had the lentils with curry (I don't remember the exact name of the dish), which was vegan. The food tasted very good and came in big portions! They also have "vegetarian approved" beer.
Pros: Taste, Big portions, Service
Cons: Could have had more veg options
