Awesome breakfast sammies - Edit
We were looking for a quick and hearty breakfast, and the vegan breakfast sandwiches delivered! Long line on a Sunday morning, so I was glad we ordered online ahead of time.

This ambiance of this cafe is so lovely. Chic and modern atmosphere. Large menu with options for vegans and omnivores alike. Most (if not all) of the pastries are vegan. There are plenty of different options for fresh made breakfast on the menu. The bagels are to DIE for. Unfortunately, the coffee is not super notable. It’s delicious, but it doesn’t stand out to me. They have really intriguing and unique syrups, but the flavors do not come through as much as one would hope. The staff are a little off? They’re not rude or unkind, but seem really distant and cold. Will always go when I’m in town though! The vegan Monty bagel is amazing.

The pastries are almost all vegan and they have a lot of amazing vegan breakfast options!!! THE BAGELS are omg the best bagels I’ve had, super light and airy! The matcha latte was mid (wasn’t ceremonial grade). And the staff was a little off putting and seemed distant and unfriendly at times. Besides that- the food was top teir for sure!

Love, love, love Ghostlight! They have the best breakfast sandwiches and toasts! The vegan Monty is always my go-to. Love their fresh baked bagels and cashew cream cheese. Also if you are a coffee lover, they offer various plant-milk options. Some baked goods are also vegan! A must try!

FIVE STARS if I could. This is Ghostlight Coffee’s second location on Patterson street and it’s adorable! Plenty of seating and super clean, with cute decor, live plants and friendly, quick service. Their vegan menu is fiiiiiiiire. SO. MANY. OPTIONS! I got the Vegan Bagel Breakfast Sandwich with the smashed potatoes on the side and it was O.M.G so good!! Haven’t tasted such a great breakfast sandwich since going vegan three years ago, brought a little tear to my eye.🥲 The potatoes are wonderfully seasoned and delicious. I also got the Pistachio-Blood Orange oat milk latte, the chai muffin and the pineapple upside-down Ghost Tart to take home and share. All five stars. So many goodies!!! Ghostlight, THANK YOU for existing!!
