Call ahead - Edit
The main location in Hexham doesn't necessarily open every day, regardless of what their posted hours say. They have a small satellite location attached to a kids' play space in Prudhoe that's open more predictably, but it doesn't offer all of the same items (e.g. shakes, bubble waffles). Like the other reviewer says, not worth a special trip, but it's OK and usually has three vegan flavors.

We agreed we wouldn’t make a special trip but would come back if we were out here one day perhaps walking by the river w family anyway. Salted caramel was v nice. Mint choc chip was quite icey, was it the end or start of a tub perhaps?! Staff keen to help us but had to keep going away to confirm what would be vegan. They could also have done milkshakes w plant based milks or hot drinks. Am intrigued to try a vegan bubble tea next time. Shame the waffle mix isn’t vegan.
