I love their smoothies!!

It’s super convenient to stop by and pick up a smoothie/bowl. There aren’t too many fresh, natural smoothie places around Red Hook or Tiv, so I stop by here as much as I can. :)

Cozy, clean juice bar with emphasis on healthy options

Great healthy food including smoothies, juices, smoothie bowls, a daily salad, and more. Healthy ingredients, with an emphasis on whole, organic, vegan foods. I enjoyed the smoothies there, which come in two sizes. Representative smoothie ingredients are berries, spinach, maca, tropical fruit, and nut milks. As an example of the prices, the "super smoothies" on the menu board are 16 ounces in size and are currently priced at $10.75. One can build one's own smoothie, choose among menu options, or order from the specials board. Nourish also offers cafe drinks including cold-brew coffee, for example. Features friendly and helpful counter service. Open 5 days a week from 10 am to 3 pm. This restaurant is now entirely vegan. (At one point, before becoming completely vegan, this wonderful and relatively new juice bar carried one item with a hard boiled egg as an ingredient. A similar business that previously did business in Nourish's space was not vegan.) Local-sourcing approach integrates the restaurant with its own Columbia County farm to reduce its carbon footprint. (I think the farm may have chickens for organic fertilizer.) The juice business also distributes its cold-pressed organic products at a location in Midtown Kingston and possibly elsewhere. The business's space contains stools at a bar and at the window as well as a few tables. No customer restroom unfortunately. Free wifi. This neat and fun business boasts a pro-woman and socially conscious business philosophy. This review updated July 2019.
