Amazing raw food experience - Edit
This place really isn't located in an area you would get through if on a visit in Berlin - the better that it seems to be going quite well and to see more and more vegan places opening up in the less-touristy areas.
For a total amount of 3€ we had a wonderful dinner at Gesund&Sündig consisting of a watermelon smoothie and another drink, a raw pizza, two banana-courgette wraps filled with delicious fresh things and accompanied by a tasty salad as well as a "baked" banana dessert with berry and chocolate sauces and some apple-orange-cinnamon tower thing.
The atmosphere was really enjoyable, only the staff were a bit pushy.
It seems they also do catering service which is why they aren't open on weekends - but they should be because that would give people from other parts of Berlin to come by as well.
Pros: delicious raw food, good value, nice atmosphere
Cons: hard to reach, staff could be a bit more polite

AWESOME EXPERIENCE - Edit
It is way worth to take the way out to this place. The food tastes incredible and the atmosphere and service are great. Prices are inexpensive and the value of food you get for your money is unbeatable. The owner is a very nice guy and runs more than just a business with this place, he is the first one in Germany who had the guts to open a 100% Raw Vegan Restaurant. This place is the place to go for anyone interested in tasty living foods. I watched some people there who never had a "raw meal" before and were stunned on how tasty it can be... The place is integrated into a sports park, so make sure you got the directions. Right now it is open only Monday to Friday from 12.00 till 10.00pm
