Great baumstriezel! (on Thursdays) - Edit
So, on Thursdays, the Baumstreizel dough is all vegan. They have a variety of sweet options -cocoa, coconut, cinnamon sugar, poppy- that are all vegan. I tried a few different kinds and they were all tasty. The savory options all had cheese, unfortunately. They said they could be made without cheese but i opted for chocolate instead.
It is really cool to see them prepare and bake the dough. I definitely recommend going here and trying some baumstriezel. Make sure you go on a Thursday!
Pros: lots of sweet options
Cons: only vegan on Thursdays
