Best food I had in Stockholm - Edit
What the title says. I was in Stockholm for two weeks on a work trip so I got to eat there several times. They have a separate vegan menu, but you might have to ask for it because sometimes they gave me menus that didn't have the vegan one in the back. Their mexican fry bread, vegan mac 'n' cheese, enchiladas, quesadillas, and battered oreo desserts are all divine. The tacos were nice too, but the tortillas were soggy so they kind of fell apart while I ate them. That was the only thing I didn't love while there. They also sometimes give you complementary tortilla chips and dip at the start, which is great.

Great place with a lot of vegan options. But, if you want a side to the mostly greasy options, that's more fresh, this is not an option in the menu.

The food is very good and the portions are huge. I’ve been to Geronimos several times and I’ve never been disappointed. I especially recommend the Asada fries and the Mac ‘n’ cheese!

They have a whole seperate vegan menu with many options (I'm not used to having so much choice anymore, except for going to full vegan restaurants). They even offer vegan desert😄 Also the service was very nice and friendly.

This is a really fun place to eat, great atmosphere and the vegan menu is so original and interesting. We were spoilt for choice. The service was really good too. And we were there for taco Tuesday so our food was really good value, which is very unusual in Stockholm!

Great Vegan Mexican Food! - Edit
We were pleasantly surprised to find vegan Mexican food here in Stockholm. They had lots of options and everything was quite tasty. We tried the enchiladas with rice and beans and also the Mexican street corn. There are two full pages of vegan dishes and the back of the regular menu. We ate downstairs in basement but they do have some tables outside on the street as well. Quirky and cool place!

Friendly staff, good margaritas and a dedicated vegan menu all pluses. The Mac and cheese was delicious with a kick. Omni friend had the asada fries which were sweet potato and looked delish and can also be vegan

Tienen una carta con comida mejicana vegana bastante amplia. Pedimos un burrito la fajita. No los dimos acabado, las raciones son enormes. La comida estaba muy buena. No le doy 5 estrellas pq fue algo carillo. Fajita, burrito y dos coronitas nos costaron casi 600 coronas (casi 60 euros)

This is a small, cozy place with the friendliest staff members and seriously delicious vegan food! They have a separate vegan menu which includes tacos, enchiladas, quesadillas, mac & cheese, burritos, nachos etc. There are plenty of things to choose from and you wont leave this place hungry! I can recommend the avocado taco - it's pure heaven!

Read moreHowever, they also do really good Mexican food. They recently updated their menu and now have a separate page for vegan dishes. On Tuesdays you can get two vegan tacos for 50 kr although you can only choose one of SEVERAL vegan varieties. You can ask for vegan cheese for the ones that have cow cheese.
I've been willing to ignore the less vegan aspects of this place in favour of the vegan food and great atmosphere. They play 60's and 70's music and there are loads of old gig posters in the bar. You can't get any closer to the Southwest than actually being there. They sometimes have gigs on weeknights, starting around 10 pm. It's strongly advisable to book in advance as they are always busy around dinner time.
Pros: Separate vegan menu, generous portions, laid-back and cosy atmosphere
