Disappointed - Edit
The chips were freshly fried and crisp and tasty.
Read moreHowever, I was hoping for an equivalent to the meat sausage, but It was a standard quorn sausage deep fried . Not going out very good tbh
Kind of pricey for what I got, but at least they're making the effort
Pros: The chips were delicious , The service was prompt, The servers were really friendly
Cons: The sausage supper was disappointing

Good chippy - Edit
Lots of vegan options, all cooked in a separate fryer. I usually get the tofish and chips which is always a massive portion.

Vegan menu! In a chip shop! - Edit
An unexpected vegan menu here. Had tofish, with a bit of seaweed for saltiness.

Great chippy - Edit
We go to this place all the time as it’s our local - they do vegan haggis, black pudding, tofish and battered sausage, as well as a burger though I’ve never had this. Food is great as is the service.

Amazingly vegan options - Edit
Big fan of their vegan haggis and sausage suppers. Food is always fresh. Lovely chips. They use Naked Glory sausages for their sausage supper.

A delicious first move into plant-based products - Edit
Gennaro's is my local chippie, and I believe the most popular one in my area. I'd never tried it before, until a few months ago where they started offering a brand new vegan menu! I must confess that since then, I go there almost every week...
Read moreThey have, sausage, fish, haggis, and black pudding all in vegan forms and cooked in separate containers from the meat products. They also have a vegan burger which I haven't tried, but if it is anything like the rest, then it's delicious.
The chips are great which is a wonderful bonus.
It's great to see a local business start to offer good vegan options, especially in an area where the choices can be lacking.
I hope they start offering a vegan pizza crunch, that'd be amazing!!!
Pros: Clear, separate vegan menu, Great chips, Very tasty
Cons: Sausages could be bigger, No vegan pizzas
