I went here in March 2015. 1stly that they have relocated into the IFC should be a pretty good clue that the higher end of the market is being targeted. Contemporary decor and buzz words clearly displayed in big letters; Raw, Organic, Healthy, Green, Living, Vegan etc.
I was served by 2 very helpful young ladies who from their accents have lived at some point of their lives in North America. The menu as well as listing what is in each drink also lists the calorie content. Bottles used are listed as being 100% biodegradable. They also gave me a handout with some interesting nutritional info with tips on things from sleeping to what it boldly lists as "Pooping!" (their exclamation mark, not mine).
I had a drink called a Bo-yo. Very nice although at 65 bucks HK it won't attract those currently on a tight budget.
