Ghengis is a great option to pick exactly what you want ,it's build your own bowl style. Staff is knowledgeable and can answer questions about ingredients, though basically everything ranging from proteins, to your sides (bowl base) are clearly labeled as well.

Nothing is pre-seasoned and the seasoning station is marked and labeled as well. You add your own sauces ranging in spice and flavor types, all vegan options are clearly marked. And Lastly they have Brown Rice, White Rice, Udon Noodle, Spiral Pasta (Rotini), Tortilla, Edamame and cabbage available to finish your bowl with. All of the above are vegan with ingredients clearly labeled and visible.

Genghis has the advantage of you choosing what goes in your bowl. The smallest bowl is a good amount but make sure to stack up your raw foods bowl.
