We ordered the Zucchini noodeles Aglio e olio and the light Club (Sandwiches with Fries). The noodeles were worse than expected, little Taste and very hard.

Lastly a tip: If you are going to order smoothies, tell them to make it a little less sweet than normal.

I'm a Vegan food blogger and I've reviewed many restaurants, I've been to Gemma Bistrot and I found it bad. The service is very slow, the music is blaring while you eat. the dishes presented are INDECENT, potatoes and onions were frozen, the zucchini spaghetti should be served cold instead they were hot stews with a flavor I don't like, the vegan omelette did not taste like omelette and was not pleasant on the palate. Approximate dishes, little care, most of the dishes seen on Happy Cow was not the one served. Everyone goes to drink, hardly anyone to dine. Not recommended.

This is an elegant yet relaxed place with friendly waiters and a separate vegan menu. We had a salad, pumpkin soup, and tiramimousse…all was good (as the previous reviewer noted, the pumpkin soup was a bit peppery, but I liked it).

We tried the pumpkin soup, the quinoa salad, and the linguine with vegetables. I enjoyed the pumpkin soup, my daughter thought it had too much pepper in it. The salad was absolutely amazing and I was able to take half of it home. Unfortunately, the pasta did not do as well. I was expecting a traditional marinara, and there were spices in there that just was not expecting. I think Cinnamon. I didn’t send it back because it was my choice but we didn’t eat it. The restaurant was very accommodating and provided us with a free tiramisu dessert which my daughter enjoyed.

Went to Gemma based on some really good reviews on here, but wasn’t particularly impressed by the menu options or the food itself. The atmosphere was nice (nice location and outside seating) and the staff very friendly. But based on the food I wouldn’t go back.

Best vegan menu in Naxos - Edit
Lovely outdoor eatery with dedicated, and diverse vegan menu. The staff were friendly, the environment was cozy and chill and the variety of food fit the needs of the family. My toddler got the tomato sauce and vegan meatball linguine and I ordered the club sandwich. The whole family shared the large and delicious tiramisu dessert.

We stumbled across this restaurant near the harbour in Naxos quite early in the morning, and had a delicious breakfast (chickpea scramble and a sandwich, as well as a couple of coffees). We liked it so much (and we were so happy to find a restaurant with plenty of vegan food) that we came back later for lunch. The staff were lovely, and so welcome and friendly. Highly recommended.

Separate vegan menu with some great options like linguine with roasted veg and aglio olio with zucchini noodles. More options for lunch than breakfast so would recommend you stick with lunch/dinner.

We had a great meal here after walking past and seeing a vegan menu advertised. Really friendly staff and lovely atmosphere - our server was completely clued up on veganism and we had the linguine with roasted veg and it was super tasty and full of flavour (not the standard just tomato and pasta token vegan option at all!) Would definitely recommend a visit and we’d definitely go back.

We were very happy to find it because of its vegan menu. It turned out to be a disaster. The only thing that we liked was the quinoa salad. We also ordered guacamole, zucchini spaggeti, linguini with roasted vegetables and a club sandwich. I don't think that anyone in the kitchen had tasted what they served. Too oily, too sweer, too sour. Especially the sandwich was 2 slices of commercial bread with lettuce, carot, cucumber with lettuce on the side. It was a joke!
