Instantly felt refreshed walking into Gelato Papa, a clean and cool space.
Read moreWe love ice cream in a cone, especially as it's better for the environment, but the staff member didn't know if the cones were vegan so to be on the safe side we went for a pot this time. The Jaffa Chocolate Ice cream was amazing! Was also tempted to take home the choc topped cones (in packets) available in raspberry, and also chocolate.

There was about 5 vegan flavours of gelato/sorbet available, as well as a choc top and a couple of cakes.
Read moreWe had the Jaffa (which tastes exactly how I remember the lolly tasting), the Lemon Zest sorbet (incredibly zesty and tangy), and the Piña Colada (just like the real thing).
We were very impressed how the flavours tasted exactly like their namesakes.
The options available vary but icecream flavours updates are usually available on social media.
Pros: Interesting flavours, Vegan options clearly labelled, Great quality and taste

I wouldn’t get too excited about the vegan options here. It’s just the usual fruit flavours sorbets and dark chocolate. I hoped for more and was a little disappointed.

Great Gelato - Edit
Have been a few times and they have 4 fantastic regular vegan gelatos but went with my son today and they also had an additional 4 vegan flavours on their specials board. Got the Coconut and pineapple and it was AMAZING!!!!

Really enjoyed all the flavours I tried here. The owners know what is vegan and what isn't so they can recommend for you. The chocolate is insanely good ;-)
