Many vegan flavours! Clearly labeled. Specify that you want the vegan one because when I said pistachio the lady walked to the other end of the shop to get the dairy one so I had to run after her.

When you get there you take a piece of paper with a number on it and then you wait for your turn. It was busy when we got there but the line was moving quickly. There are a lot of clearly labelled vegan options (orange chocolate, dark chocolate, pistachio, lemon…). One scoop is 2€. I bought dark chocolate and pistachio ice cream. Both were very creamy, not watery at all.

Nice Ice Cream shop near the Piazza Unità d'Italia. Had pistachio, crema vegano and raspberry. Pistachio was my absolute favourite.

Good amount of choice for vegan ice cream, not just fruit varieties. We had chocolate, ginger/limoncello, hazelnut cream & a peach flavor and all four were very tasty! Reasonable amount of choice for the rest. It was 2 scoops for €3.80.

Some vegan options available, a oaar of which also no fruit ice cream. The ice cream tasted good to us. You have to draw a number before the entrance and is then called, so it is not so crowded inside. You can pay with cash or by card.

They have at least seven vegan flavours of ice cream (not only sorbet!). I was there three days in a row (I only stayed in Trieste for three days) and it was always tasty! The coconut flavour was my favourite so far!

A really excellent selection of ice creams, with vegan options easily identifiable from the green labels. Also sells granita in various flavours.
Read moreI tried the chocolate, pistachio, chocolate orange, and Zen. I went three times in two days, it was fantastic.
On 22nd/23rd July 2022, vegan flavours spotted were:
- Strawberry
- Raspberry
- Lemon
- Mango
- Grapefruit and pomegranate
- Chocolate (Nero fondente)
- Chocolate orange (Nero arancia)
- Pistachio (vegano, there is a non-vegan one too)
- Cremino (hazelnut and coffee, a type of chocolate truffle; vegano, as above)
- Ginger and limoncello (Zenzero; with crystallised ginger pieces)
Others too which I’ve forgotten!

There is a ton of vegan options and they are all clearly labeled (also allergens are labeled on each flavor). They not only have sorbets but also flavors like nougat, chocolate, pistachio etc. Among other flavors we have tasted ginger icecream with limoncello, which was very interesting and tasty.

The staff is really nice. Although, they do not speak English very well but it is no big deal.

Even though it was very busy the staff is surprisingly friendly and is willing to explain. There was a ticket machine to manage the queue and a machine for payment. Super efficient. The ice cream itself is really good. Probably the best ice-cream shop I've ever been.
