Tasty Vegan Gelato, Clearly Marked Options - Edit
Passed this by chance and spotted the clearly marked Vegan Options on the menu board. I've not had vegan gelato previously so I have no frame of reference, but in my opinion the flavour and texture was indistinguishable from traditional gelato. Not immediately clear if the cones/wafers are vegan so you may wish to opt for a tub instead.

Stumbled over this spot while touring and had a pistachio shake that was gluten free and vegan. It was delicious!

Gorgeous gelato with lots of vegan flavours - Edit
We found it surprisingly easy to get vegan gelato across Italy (and not just sorbets) but this place goes out of its way to promote the vegan options. I had a scoop of chocolate and one of mint: both were scrumptious!

Great Vegan options - Edit
Vegan vanilla was delicious. I also appreciated that they had vegan options other than a few sorbets like most gelato shops. They have 10 vegan flavors as well as vegan toppings and cones.
