My first vegan hazelnut gelato - amazing!! I saw about 8 vegan options including chocolate, vanilla and fruit flavours.

Best Gelateria - Edit
I tried a few places for vegan gelato in Rome and Venice while I was away - and this place was hands down the best. They have so many vegan options (identified with the black scoop), and it's very reasonably priced!
Pros: Best selection I've seen of dairy free gelato, Nice staff, Cheap
Cons: I couldn't see a sign for the gelateria name outsi, Flavours written in Italian, no English

Went there almost every day. Owner is very nice and there is a vary of sorts like nocciola (nut), lemon, chocolate, ananas, strawberry,...
highly recommandable!

Makes delicious vegan ice creams and milk shake (with soy milk)with fresh ingredients. The owner is kind and really loves his work (and you can taste it from the quality of his ice cream). If you are in Rome, don't miss it!

when in Pigneto area you can't miss the Tempesta di Gusto ice cream shop. All real ice cream with many vegan choices. The kind guy there know what a vegan is, so that you can't go wrong. Coconut ice cream is the real thing !
