Not much choice for vegans - Edit
I went to the Gelateria Lo Squero after visiting the Guggenheim. There was no vegan pistachio gelato, as mentioned in a previous review. The only options were some fruit sorbets, which you can get from most gelato stands anyway. Not worth making a trip for - try Venchi in San Marco instead, which has better vegan options.

Vegan Pistachio Gelato - Edit
The vegan pistachio gelato is amazing - highly recommended. They had a handful of vegan fruit sorbettos also, but I didn't try them. This place is located right on a canal and features photos of Angelina Jolie eating their gelato - in case that matters to you.
