A great little ice cream parlor that we definitely would have missed without HappyCow. A truly huge selection of vegan flavors. We tried the pistachio and Sicily (pistachio with lemon). Both delicious.

Best ice cream of our Italy trip - Edit
Here we found the best vegan ice cream of our whole trip through Italy. They have extraordinary and creative flavours such as "Sicily" (combination of almond, lemon and pistachio), a flavour mixed of coconut, mango and cardamom and an amazing pistachio icecream. You can eat your ice cream closeby at a bench next to the river with a spectacular view. 🙂

We got two flavours, the Sicily ice cream was too strong, had kind of alcohol or something (we did not like it); but the Pistacchio is amazing! It is like roasted pistachio.

There were several vegan options, and not only fruit sorbet. I had the dark spicy (a chocolate ice cream with tiny spicy chunks), the pistachio (not very strong flavour, sadly) and the Sicily which was delicious: almond ice cream with pistachio swirls and lemon zests.

Gelato was really nice with quite few vegan options (chocolate, lemon, strawberry, mango, grapefruit, pistachio). We tried pistachio, chocolate and grapefruit and they all tasted amazing. Very kind staff as well.

They offer several vegan varieties including pistachio, coconut, pear and chocolate. A friendly employee told me which varieties are vegan. The ice cream scoops are large and inexpensive, excellent taste!
